Quick Answers
Edit the pre-set answers shown when staff tap a tag button. Supports *bold*, • bullets and emojis. Tags are managed in the Tags panel.
PPT / Docs
Upload PDFs and presentations to share with customers. Manage categories, subcategories, and files together in the tree below. Each file gets a permanent shareable link for preview.
Restaurants
Manage regions and restaurants shown in the reservation template page. Drag ⠿ handles to reorder. Switch language tabs to edit translations.
🌐 Import from Website
Enter your website URL. Staffly scans the sitemap, shows you every page it found, then you pick which ones to crawl. The AI reads the selected pages word-for-word and adds everything to your knowledge base.
📚 Knowledge Base
Organize product info, policies, and company knowledge into cards. The AI uses these to answer staff questions. Cards are grouped by category for easy management.
AI Output Format Rules
The system prompt that controls how the AI behaves and formats its responses. Use {{LANG}} for reply language, {{PRODUCT_KB}} where the product catalogue is injected, and {{WATCH_SPEC_FORMAT}} where the watch spec format is injected (edit that separately in Watch Spec Format).
Watch Spec Format
Defines how the AI structures watch specification responses — the section headers, order, and language-specific labels. Injected into the AI Rules via {{WATCH_SPEC_FORMAT}}.
Version History
Every Save automatically snapshots the previous version. The last 100 versions are kept. Click Restore to roll back — the current state will be pushed into history first, so you can always undo a restore.

Edit the welcome message and interface labels per language.

Test the AI assistant exactly as your staff will see it. Uses the live Knowledge Base and AI Rules. Changes are reflected immediately.
📬 Staff Feedback
When staff rate AI responses, their feedback appears here. 👎 responses highlight gaps in the knowledge base.

Every staff Q&A exchange, logged automatically. Use this to spot knowledge gaps and improve your knowledge base.
📤 Message Templates
Pre-written messages staff can use to share AI answers with customers via WhatsApp. Use {{answer}} where the AI reply should appear.
📢 Announcement Banner
Show a banner message at the top of the staff chat. Great for urgent notices, new product launches, or system updates.
🔐 Staff Access PIN
Add an optional 4-digit PIN to the staff chat. Staff must enter it once to access the tool — protects against random public access. Leave blank to allow open access.
📌 Today's Note
Post a pinned daily note that staff see at the top of their chat. Use this for today's promotions, product highlights, or shift reminders. Staff can dismiss it.

Customize how Staffly looks for your company. Changes are reflected in the staff chat interface.
